Carved out of 1.5 million growing maize plants and covering the area of 15 football pitches,York maze is thought to be the largest maze in the world!!
With a different design every year it is ready to baffle visitors old and new.
Navigate your way around the maze, climb the towers, collect the clues and you may win a prize!

Just a short car or bus ride from the city centre, the maze is surrounded by open fields and has
a picnic and playing area.
Meet the cows that eat the maize and try their delicious ice cream.

The 2007 maze will open from 28th July to the 9th September,
then weekends 15th &16th, 22nd & 23th and 29th & 30th September

Opening Saturday 28th July 2007, York Maze will once again be in its usual location next to the Grimston Bar Park & Ride site on the A1079 Hull Road, York.
